Membership Meeting Oct. 3, 2011
Our Guest Speaker at our last meeting was Bergen County Surrogate Mr. Michael R. Dressler. He provided us with information about the Surrogate's office and the improtance of wills, probate procedures, estates and estate tax consequences, powers of attorney, medical directives, and guardianships.
We also discussed the NJ Health Care Bill, Historic Landmarks and Commission, Planning for our next Sidewalk Sale, and two upcoming Closter Borough Meetings that are of utmost improtance - Planning Board on 10/5 and Combined Meeting of mayor & Council, PLanning and Zoning Boards on 10/29.
